In 2020, Partnerë për Fëmijët organised local trainings for young people. Over 220 participants, consisting of youth and those that work with youth participated in the trainings in Tirana, Lushnje, Saranda, Korce and Kukes.

By using GIRLACT materials, participants had the opportunity to learn about gender equality, prejudice, examples of healthy and unhealthy relationships as well as be taught how to address uncomfortable topics. Alongside these topics, the training also included various techniques (active learning, group work, problem analyses, nonverbal communication, as well as SWOT and SMART analyses. Participants were also able to learn how to plan and lead the development of a social and financial project.
